Butt Kicks up and back
Lateral Shuffle up and back
Power Skips up and back
Spider Man Lunge 2x per leg
Leg Swings 10 Front to back and 10 side to side
Green Back steps 5 each way 2x
Green Back Glute Ham Bridges 10x

Spend 10:00 Practicing Pistols and Rope Climbs.
– Rest as needed between sets.
