– 2 sets x 1+1+1 reps @ 75% 1 RM clean
– 3 sets x 1+1+1 reps @ 80% 1 RM clean
* Rest 60-90 seconds between sets
– 2 sets x 1+1+1 reps @ 75% 1 RM clean
