I walk into Crossfit643 Nov.2014 because I needed something different in my life. I was in a dark place and filled with anger with the lost of my brother. And I left that first day knowing I just had to come back for more. It was an outlet for me. It may sound corny to some, but really CrossFit 643 and Coach Michele saved my life. And I needed it in my life. Almost 3 years later and I still can’t get enough. Well maybe enough burpees already. The energy and vibe when you walk in there is like no other. The comradery is really the true spirit of that place. It’s so much more than a community. It’s my home away from home. It’s my family. And I would do anything for my family. Coach Michele and all the wonderful coaches at 643 have created an atmosphere where it doesn’t matter if you’ve been going 1 day or 3 years we are all the same. Literally everyone just clicks. Crossfit643 just clicks. And it’s what helps me tic. I love my fit fam.
