At coach’s choice interval & rep scheme, complete the following movements:
Burpees
Squats
V-ups
Push ups
Jump Rope
Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)
FIGHT GONE "REALLY" BAD
In 24 minutes, complete 4 rounds of:
Minute 1- Toes to bar (RXE: On rings)
Minute 2- WBS (20/14) (RXE: 2fer WBS)
Minute 3- Hollow rocks
Minute 4- Burpee box jump overs (24"/20")
Minute 5- DU
Minute 6- Rest
