Rest 10s
1 Squat Clean.
1 Jerk

Weightlifting
Clean and Jerk (Weight)
Clean + Jerk: Work to a 1 Rep resting at least 2 minutes between sets
– Any style permitted.
Back Squat (Weight)
2) Back Squat: 1RM. Rest 2-3:00.
– Build to a 1RM in 6-7 sets.
