SKILL TRANSFER EXERCISES:
1. Snatch Push Press
2. Overhead Squat
3. Heaving Snatch Balance
4. Snatch Balance without a dip
5. Snatch Balance with a dip

Weightlifting
Snatch lift off to below the knee + snatch pull with 1 second pause at the top of pull + snatch: (Weight)
(1+1+1) x 4 sets @ 70-80% 1RM Snatch
*Rest 60-90 seconds between sets.*
Snatch Lift off (to below the knee) + Snatch (Weight)
Snatch Deadlift to below the knee + Snatch:
(1+1) x 3 sets @ 80-85% 1RM Snatch
*Rest 60-90 seconds between sets*
